We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can get climbing again in no time.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia
We offer standard shipping across Australia via trusted carriers such as Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for rural or regional areas.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you on time, unexpected delays with couriers may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

Email us at hello@corner-stone.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), follow the same steps as above. We’ll send out the new item once the original has been returned and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out. We’ll cover the return shipping and ensure you get the right item quickly.
